Sports and Exercise Podiatry Australia (SEPA) is calling for nominations for Board State Directors in Victoria (VIC)/Tasmania (TAS) and New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory (NSW/ACT).
What’s involved?
Being a State Director is a great opportunity to give back to the podiatry profession. Offer your expertise to help drive the strategic direction of the organisation, provide input on CPD and network with like-minded podiatrists from across the country.
The approximate time commitment involved is 2-8 hours per month and a teleconference each month. This is a voluntary position and counts towards required CPD for AHPRA registration.
These positions are to be held for a period of 3 years respectively from the 2024 AGM until the 2027 AGM.
Who can nominate?
Nominations are open to all current Professional members of SEPA who are resident in VIC/TAS or NSW/ACT. Nominations close at 5pm Friday 11 October 2024.

Send your resume and nomination to the SEPA Treasurer no later than 5pm on Friday 11 October 2024

How are nominations decided on?
A ballot will be held at the upcoming 2024 SEPA Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held be held in-person at the SMA & ACSEP Conference, Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Friday 18 October 2024 at 5.30pm AEDT.
In the state of Victoria/Tasmania, sitting Director, Daniel Bonanno, along with SEPA Board President, Kade Paterson (who is resident in VIC), will both be renominating and if there is no other nomination, will be automatically re-elected to the Board.
